A conversation counts when Tellpin starts its first AI response, and includes up to three follow-up questions. Further replies do not count separately. An unsuccessful AI attempt still uses one conversation.
When you reach your allowance, visitors can still leave their original feedback. AI follow-ups resume when your monthly allowance resets or you upgrade.

How does annual billing work?
Pay for ten months and use Tellpin for twelve. Starter is $290 a year and Growth is $790 a year, about 17% less than paying monthly. Your conversation allowance still resets each month.
Are allowances per project?
No. Your monthly conversations are shared across all the projects in your account.
What is a project?
A project has its own widget settings and feedback inbox. Use separate projects when you want to collect and review feedback for different products.
