What one conversation includes
One conversation uses one allowance when tellpin starts its first AI call and receives either a follow-up question or a final insight. It can include up to three follow-up questions (a maximum, not a target), and further replies do not count separately. If no AI response is delivered, the attempt does not reduce your remaining conversations.
When you reach your allowance, visitors can still leave their original feedback. Follow-ups resume when your monthly allowance resets or you upgrade.
A few practical details
How many follow-ups does tellpin ask?
Only as many as it needs to make the comment clear enough to fix. Three is a hard maximum, not a target. Already-clear comments get none.
What comes with the free plan?
You get 25 conversations each month for one project, unlimited teammates, widget customization, your inbox and analytics. No credit card required.
How does annual billing work?
The full annual charge is shown on each plan. Your conversation allowance still resets each month.
Are allowances per project?
No. Your monthly conversations are shared across all the projects in your account.
What is a project?
A project has its own widget settings and feedback inbox. Use separate projects when you want to collect and review feedback for different products.
Do prices include tax?
No. Listed prices are in USD before tax. Tax is not collected at checkout yet, so checkout currently charges the listed amount. When tax collection is enabled, VAT or sales tax will be added where the law requires it.
